Kaleidocycles

Kaleidocycles
Students were introduced to these moving chains of tetrahedron.  Further exploring surface design and audience interaction with movement students are given the task of constructing at least two functional kaleidocycles with a visual concept or theme applied to the surface that takes advantage of its movement in phases.  Designs can be found and/or altered to suit the students aesthetic preference.
